City Hall Fallon Byrne Wedding Photos

I had one video chat with Katy & Grace before their wedding day. That’s all we needed to realise we were gonna have great craic and create beautiful images together. Sometimes, that’s all you need. They decided they didn’t want any prep photos, they felt it would make them more nervous so we met at the back door of City Hall 2 hours before their ceremony to do a ‘First Look’. Except, it wasn’t a first look because they arrived together. One of the things we agreed was that they didn’t want to be gone taking pictures and miss their whole drinks reception in the Stags Head. So we did all their couples pictures before their ceremony.

Katy is an Art Historian and both her and Grace love Dublin so it was important to have it at the heart of their wedding photos. Katy loves Dublin so much she wrote a book about it, you can find ‘Painting Dublin’ here. Anyways, we had great fun (as you can see) tripping around Dublin Castle and Temple Bar before going back to City Hall for their wedding ceremony. After their beautifully personal wedding ceremony they had a short drinks reception before it was time to trot over to the Stags Head for creamy pints of Guinness.

Fallon & Byrne was next on the trail and it was here they had gorgeous looking sharing boards of charcuterie for starters while the two ladies did their funny and informal speeches.
