Covid 19 Postponed City Hall Wedding Photography – Aoife & Paul
Aoife and Paul are one of my deadly couples. They were due to have their Dublin City Hall Wedding in May followed by a good knees up in the Cliff Townhouse with their closest friends and family. But because of Covid 19 they Postponed their City Hall Wedding Photography till later in the year. They’re now planning a Christmas wedding, all going well. They live within 2km of Dublin City Hall, and so do I. So when Aoife suggested we mark the day with a doortrait at the front of the building I jumped at the chance. It’s the second shortest commute I’ve ever had for a job. See the shortest here (it’s 4 doors down from my house). Imagine my sheer delight when they arrived to the shoot with the latest addition to their family, Maisie the little pupper! It was her first visit to town too so it was a big day. We managed to get inside City Hall for a few sneaky portraits before heading to Parliament Street for that iconic City Hall Wedding Photograph. I hear they were very well looked after for the rest of the day with cocktails and a meal box from their favourite restaurant delivered to the house for after their postponed wedding shoot.
