Amy & Andy’s Fancy House Party

Amy and Andy’s wedding at Clonabreany House was a celebration of love, culture, and the joy of togetherness. Nestled in the heart of Meath, Clonabreany House provided the perfect backdrop for their laid-back, house party-style humanist wedding.

Andy, proudly embracing his Scottish heritage, donned a traditional kilt. His tartan attire added a touch of vibrant colour and a sense of familial pride to the occasion. Amy, radiating elegance, wore a slim-fitting white dress that perfectly complemented her natural beauty and effortless grace.

The ceremony itself was a heartfelt humanist service, reflecting Amy and Andy’s shared values and beliefs. The relaxed atmosphere allowed everyone to feel at ease, creating an environment brimming with warmth and sincerity.

After the ceremony, the party really got going, it took on the feel of a joyous house party. Guests mingled freely drinking Aperol Spritz and just generally enjoying the day. The informal setting encouraged everyone to let their hair down and revel in the moment. It was a celebration that truly felt like a coming together of two families

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Scottish ceili, after the first dance. A spirited and lively sesh led by Andy’s pal. His ‘expertise’ ensured that even those unfamiliar with the traditional Scottish dances could join in the fun. The dance floor was hopping as guests, young and old, twirled and stepped in time to the music. It was a joyous fusion of cultures, with the Scottish ceili bringing a unique and memorable touch to the celebration.

Amy and Andy’s wedding at Clonabreany House was a testament to their love, their cultures, and their commitment to making their special day as inclusive and enjoyable as possible. It was a day filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments that will be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to be a part of it.
