A Summer Dublin City Centre Wedding

Amy & Cormac’s Summer Dublin City Wedding Photographs

Cormac and Amy’s Dublin City Summer wedding was a true reflection of their laid-back, fun-loving personalities. The couple tied the knot in Amy’s local church in the heart of Stoneybatter, surrounded by close family and friends. The ceremony was a celebration of love and community, perfectly suited to the charming and historic neighbourhood.

After saying their “I dos,” the newlyweds and their guests made their way to Walshes, their favourite local pub, for a lively drinks reception. Walshes, known for its pints of Guinness and friendly vibe, was the perfect spot for everyone to kick back and enjoy a pint or two (of four). The laughter and banter flowed as everyone toasted the happy couple.

In keeping with their relaxed approach, Cormac and Amy cut out most of the usual posed wedding photos. Instead, they hired a classic double-decker bus to transport their guests to the Westbury Hotel, one of Dublin’s most iconic spots. The journey itself became part of the celebration, with everyone soaking up the summer vibes as they made their way through the city.

The couple chose to take a stroll through Grafton Street on their way to the Westbury, embracing the buzz of the city around them. Their walk captured the spirit of the day – laid-back, joyful, and filled with love. Once they arrived at the hotel, the party continued as friends and family gathered to celebrate Cormac and Amy’s union in style. The day was all about good old-fashioned craic, where love and laughter were the main events.
