Martinstown House Wedding Photography
Hazel & Ciaran had their Martinstown House wedding in September, on what happened to be, one of the hottest days of the year. Probably just as well because they had planned an entirely outdoor wedding. Fortune favours the bold eh? As you’ll see from the photos, the day was great craic from the get go. They surrounded themselves with their best friends and family members, with music and food being a priority for them. The key ingredients to a good wedding as far as I’m concerned.
There were lots of ‘wtf’ moments. Even for me, the photographer, who was in on it all. Hazel tricked Ciaran for their first look by sending in dressed up bestman to surprise him for the first look. Hazel arrive to the ceremony in a firep-truck, one of Martinstown’s standard transport options I hear. They had a bridesmaid roaming around with a tray of oysters, supplied by Harty Oysters (some of the nicest oysters I’ve ever tasted) and they cut and served the cake at the drinks reception (top tip!).
It was a great aul day, everyone was very relaxed which made for some fantastic photos for me!
