Lifelong Friends!

Planning an irish wedding from America is no easy task. Katie was recommended to us by our venue and boy are we lucky to have had her share our wedding day. From the first skype meeting we knew she was exactly what we wanted. She was prompt with replies, open to share her encyclopedic knowledge of the irish wedding industry and generally just good fun to deal with. Because we were traveling so close to the wedding day we didn’t actually meet until the morning of the wedding. It didn’t matter, we immediately clicked and it was like having an old friend with us. This was so important to us as we had a small wedding of just 25 people. We’ve made a lifelong friend and can’t wait to welcome her to texas when she finally visits.

I find it hard to word how great it is to have Katie photograph your wedding! oOur guests are even talking about how lovely she is. From the outset, she’s genuinely interested in your plans and is a great resource for helpful information and planning tips. On the day, she radiates calm and positivity. She manages to keep everyone in order to get those group shots done, while being really lovely to be around. She’s not one of those annoying bossy photographers. She captures all the little details you forgot to tell her you wanted captured! this is because she takes the time to get to know you. the photographs are exactly what we wanted - relaxed, genuine and they reflect the atmosphere of the day.

To try put into words Katie, a true artist and lover of her profession! She has a great balance of professionalism while also making you feel relaxed and at ease in her presence! She blends into the background to capture unexpected moments and also let’s herself be known when portraits and requested pictures are needed to be done!

She has a true interest in you as a couple right from the beginning and is ready to help with any of your needs, and try’s to make herself readily available via phone or email which is appreciated greatly in this busy world.
